5 SECRETS TO HAPPINESS

I was in a commercial bus one day going to my house when a lady and her little baby girl at about 6yrs of age hopped in. Immediately she sat, her baby girl started singing, dancing and was really shouting. She was happy and it was all over her face. She then started jumping not caring about her mother who carried her on her back, her mum then got angry and angrier at her daughter’s shouting and jumping but the girl was never concerned and never looked into her mother’s face.

Steadfastness

There are many needs within the church today.  One of them is the need for greater steadfastness by her members. The Greeks had several words that are translated “steadfast” in our English Bibles. The basic meaning for each word, however, is “firm, immovable, solid, settled, and sure.” One word carries a slightly different meaning. It means “to adhere to, to give unrelenting care to a thing, and to persevere and not to faint.” In the remainder of this article, we will look at four verses that teach us about steadfastness.

How to Love
Love is expressed as an action and experienced as a feeling. 5 Techniques & Resources to Study History

History is one of those subjects that can cause a lot of headaches for many students. This is why students may describe their History classes as long and dull (especially if you have the wrong teacher!). However, a good knowledge of history is essential for all students, not just because it’s a common subject but also because it provides actual context to the reality in which we each live in and can be applied to current affairs and everyday life.

Five questions you must ask when interviewing prospective employees.

Do you have other people in your organization interview candidates that will end up working directly for you? Just about everyone answers “Yes” to this question. The follow-up question to that is, “Have you ever sat in the interviews with these co-workers and assessed whether or not they are competent interviewers?” Not co-interview with them, but specifically be there to assess their interviewing abilities. Most answer “No” to this question.

Growing in wisdom
Many wish to be wise. Yet there are wrong concepts of what wisdom is. Often, one would consider a genius wise. Yet having a vast amount of knowledge is not wisdom. Others believe that those who understand knowledge are wise. This is not the case.

Just what is wisdom? Is it different from knowledge and understanding?
Knowledge is the accumulation of facts. All that you learn in school, in the Bible and through other experiences in life is knowledge. Every day that you go to school, you are learning knowledge. Scholars have much knowledge because they often spend their entire lives studying and researching. Yet knowledge is worthless if it is not correctly applied.

Should You Marry This Person? Break Up?

Today, there’s less rational reason to marry than in decades past. Even if you’re thinking of having kids, today, there’s little or no shame associated with being from a single parent.
