Qualifications of the First Evangelists

So it was, when the angels had gone away from them into heaven, that the shepherds said to one another, "Let us now go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has come to pass, which the Lord has made known to us." And they came with haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the Babe lying in a manger. Now when they had seen [Him], they made widely known the saying which was told them concerning this Child. And all those who heard [it] marveled at those things which were told them by the shepherds. But Mary kept all these things and pondered [them] in her heart. Then the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told them. (Luke 2:15-20 NKJV)

The 3 Challenges Most Students Face Making The Transition From High School To College

1. Time Management

I know, it’s one of those skills which we all believe we have under control, mainly because we really don’t and are not as disciplined enough to take a closer look at the things we spend as time on. For students in grade school, since kindergarten, scheduled school days are primarily fixed and structured based on a portion of time during the day that remains the same. Students experience this for some 12 years and then within a 90 day span from the end of their senior year to the first day of college classes they must make a drastic change to a schedule that is more flexible and unpredictable. This can be challenging for students as they will have to decide what time the will take their courses and how those courses will align with other obligations. A student taking a course at 9:00am in the morning and having a class gap until 1:00pm in the may be challenged in what to effectively and efficiently do with that time.

Later, Hall asked how he could pay back the favor. Cash put his arm around his colleague's shoulder and said, "You don't owe me anything, Brian. This is the way we do things here. Just pay it forward."

Lifestyle and Financial Goals

First, let’s talk about the importance of goal setting. Goal setting involves thinking about where you want to be in future and motivating yourself to turn this vision of the future into reality. Before you can achieve any goals, you must determine what those goals are in the first place. Goals should be specific, measurable and time-targeted.
Without goals, it’s easy to coast through life from day to day without achieving anything meaningful. Once you have goals however, this means that you have desired end results in mind, and can then take day-to-day actions to help you get to where you want to be.

Leadership

How to Become a Motivational Leader

A leader should not only guide others to ensure great professional success, but also to inspire, influence, and most importantly, motivate their employees. Here is a guide by Brian Tracy on how to become a motivational leader:

The Leader as Role Model

It’s been said, “Leadership is not what you do, but who you are.” This, however, is only partially true. Leadership is very much who you are, but it cannot be divorced from what you do. Who you are represents the inner person, and what you do represents the outer person. Each is dependent on the other for maximum effectiveness.

The starting point of motivational leadership is to begin seeing yourself as a role model, as an example to others. One key characteristic of leaders is that they set high standards of accountability for themselves and for their behaviors. They assume that others are watching them and setting their own standards according to what they see.

Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived, discovered the futility of life when it is lived only for this world. He gives these concluding remarks in the book of Ecclesiastes: "Here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.

Relationship

16 Relationship disasters
You have stars in your eyes and every time the phone rings, you jump six feet high – it might be the new object of your affection. But all might not be moonshine and roses. Often years down the line, you'll ask yourself, "Why didn't I see the signs?" But what are these signs everyone speaks of?

16 Pit of despair:

You find that somehow you always talk about the other person's bottomless pit of problems and there never seems to be time for you to discuss yours. There never will be – get out while you can. Also stay away from people who love catastrophes – they will create them, if they don't happen by themselves.
